27 Mentors Successfully Complete One-Year Intensive TOT Program on “Me and My Future”

Kathmandu — A total of 27 dedicated mentors have successfully completed a one-year intensive Trainer of Trainers (TOT) program titled “Me and My Future.” The program was designed to empower mentors with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to guide adolescents and young people in identifying their true potential, setting meaningful life goals, and making informed career choices.

Over the course of a year, the mentors underwent rigorous learning through three comprehensive modules, combining theoretical study with practical engagement among adolescents. Through fieldwork, workshops, and real-life mentoring sessions, the participants translated their learning into action—helping hundreds of young people recognize their unique strengths, clarify their ambitions, and plan their educational and professional pathways with confidence.
